    Originally a philosophy and business graduate, Antonio currently conduct research on topics of business of biotech (cognitive biases, learning from success and failure) and teach business skills to science students (business planning, strategy and organisational behaviour). He is also the Academic Director of the MSc on Biotechnology & Business and MSc on Biotherapeutics & Business at University College Dublin. Antonio also advises science-based startups on business planning and organisational behaviour.

  • Dimitar Krastev

    Dimitar is a doctoral student at University College Dublin whose main research interests revolve around how different cognitive factors impact decision making. Using his background in psychology, he applies academic research to real-life scenarios. His focus on the biotechnology sector is driven by the belief that the unique challenges that the sector presents could be used as an opportunity for researchers to explore how people act in high-stake situations.
