Rob Olcott

Rob oversees the management, strategic initiatives and business development of the firm’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a co-founder and Managing Director of ORION Investment Advisors, which was acquired by DiMeo Schneider & Associates in 2017. Rob has more than 30 years experience working for and with nonprofit organizations. Rob has a BA from Drake University and an MA from Rowan University, He is very active in the community, earning the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). In 2010 he was named an ASAE Fellow. He is an author and regular speaker at educational sessions for nonprofit organizations throughout the country. In addition, he volunteers with the Gospel Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, and the District of Columbia Food Bank. In his free time, Rob enjoys adventure traveling, golf, reading and spending time with his family.

Bill Fisher
Senior Consultant
DiMeo Schneider & Associates, LLC
Bill services institutional clients by providing advice and counsel on all areas of fund oversight during investment policy development, asset allocation, manager research, portfolio structure, rebalancing and performance monitoring. Bill also serves as a member of the firm’s Discretionary Team. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Director at ORION Investment Advisors for more than 17 years before the firm was acquired by DiMeo Schneider & Associates in 2017. Bill received a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is active with several non-profit affinity groups including the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Association Forum of Chicagoland and the Finance and Administration Roundtable (FAR). Bill serves on the Board of Trustees for the Phi Kappa Tau Educational Foundation and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Wakefield Country Day School in Flint Hill, Virginia.
