John Fitzgerald is the US Managing Partner for Pomerol Partners, a data
and analytics consultancy with offices in London, Chicago, Cape Town, Denver,
and, Kansas City. John has worked with over 300 organizations developing
analytics strategies and implementing them. He has worked with multiple
associations in the US. Recently he and the Pomerol team have been working
regularly with blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML),
and, a wide range of new technologies in the data and analytics space. John has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration
from Saint Louis University. He has also served on multiple not-for-profit
boards.
With 17 years of experience in the association community and more than 30 years as a senior IT executive and consultant, Jim is adept at planning and communicating technology initiatives that advance the mission and strategic goals of the organization. His areas of expertise range from and process excellence to strategy development and operational improvement to organizational development.
Jim is an active member of the association community. He is a member of the Association Forum of Chicagoland where he is a recent past chair of the Information Technology Shared Interest Group and was the 2019 John C. Thiel Distinguished Service Award winner. Jim is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) where he served on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee in 2019. Prior to joining DelCor’s Chicago office in 2017, Jim served as the IT Director for the American Hospital Association (AHA) for over twelve years, where he led the overall strategic direction for IT Business Applications.
Dan Hickey is Strategic Consultant with DelCor. Mr. Hickey
has 13 years of experience in the association community and more than 10 years
as a senior IT leader. He has a history of effective leadership, strategic
expertise, issue resolution, and team building. He currently supports DelCor
clients with CIO-level services. He is a member of the American Society of
Association Executives (ASAE) and chairman of the Information Technology Shared
Interest Group for the Association Forum and he is certified as a Project
Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP). Dan has delivered numerous educational
sessions focused on project management, AMS implementation, and data strategy. Dan holds a B.A. degree in Communication from
the University of Illinois at Chicago.
