Paul Fajnor
A financial executive with experience in complex business organizations including for-profit and nonprofit trade associations, Paul Fajnor currently is director of finance, human resources, and information technology for Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International Inc., a nonprofit association of manufacturers of fans, dampers, louvers, air curtains, and other air-system components for commercial HVAC, industrial-process, and power-generation applications. His background includes traditional accounting and finance, strategic-planning analysis, financial management and reporting, information-systems management, human resources, risk management, and boardroom knowledge and experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Illinois University.

Dennis Rizzo
Dennis Rizzo has 20 years of financial leadership experience. He began his career in public accounting. He has worked in both publicly held companies as well as large non-profit organizations, the last fifteen in the health care association space. He has extensive experience with accounting, financial planning as well as operational aspects. Dennis is a graduate of DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Chris Migala, CPA
Chris is IREM’s CFO and leads the finance and information technology teams. He has over 10 years of experience managing teams in the association industry. Before coming to IREM, he held managerial positions at SmithBucklin – the world’s largest association management company – as well as CCIM Institute.
Chris holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license issued from the state of Illinois and a Bachelor’s of Science in finance from Arizona State University. He was also the recipient of the USAE and Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Award in 2017.
Chris lives in Park Ridge, Illinois with his wife, Jessica and their two sons. He is an avid golfer, certified scuba diver, and lover of animals. His family has a pet beagle-mix named Millie.
