As co-founder and principal of Starkweather Association Services, I developed a change management protocol for associations adopting new technology. Starkweather has been helping associations since 2006 with services including discovery, data architecture and alignment, strategy, technology adoption, and change management. Change management increases ROI, reduces human risks and moves associations down the road to capability maturity.
