    Mr. Banihashemi has a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland. He is currently working at FHWA Operations and Safety R&D at TFHRC. He has 20+ years of experience in highway safety research, program development, implementation, and outreach. He developed and thought Graduate-level University course in highway safety. He is the member of ITE Safety Council, Chair of DDSA Working Group, member of the TRB Highway Safety Performance (ACS20) Committee.

  • Seyedehsan (Ehsan) Dadvar, Transportation Research Engineer | Cyfor technologies LLC

    Mr. Dadvar has a Ph.D. degree in Transportation from Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD. He is currently working at Geometric Design Laboratory (GDL) of FHWA at TFHRC. He is Co-Principal Investigator of three safety research projects for Maryland & Washington, DC, Co-Author of several technical reports & peer-reviewed journal articles. He is licensed “Road Safety Professional” (RSP) by the Transportation Professional Certification Board (TPCB) since 2019.
